How does Pickup & Delivery Service work?

 

Simple and easy! First, you will need a bag to gather your laundry and wait for our delivery-man to arrive at your door-step for collection. Our team will send you an invoice and delivery order states the amount of your order and your laundry will be sent to your door-step by the next day. You may complete the payment through cash, online transaction or QR code. At the end, you will receive an electronic invoice from our team.

 

​Do I have to provide my own laundry bag?

If possible, yes please do get yourself a bag for your laundry. Otherwise, we will provide plastic bags for your clean laundry.

What are acceptable payment methods for the finished order?

For the safety purpose during the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions SOP imposed on us. You may select for contactless payment such in online banking transactions and E-wallet. We nevertheless still accept cash on delivery.

 

Is there anything I need to keep in mind before the collection?

Just make sure that you separate those clothes which you wish to iron as it is counted by pieces.

 

Can I reschedule or change my order?

Yes, you are allowed to reschedule. For such a request, you may have to contact our team 3 hours before the pick-up/drop-off. 

 

Do you wash my laundry together with other people’s laundry?

​

No and never. Each order will be washed separately.
